What is your return policy?
- We are happy to offer 100% store credit or exchange on dresses purchased at our online boutique - within 7 days of receiving your gown. You may also request money back to your original payment method less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non refundable. All sales items are final sale.
What steps do I take to return my dress?
- In order to return your dress, you must contact us by email at email@example.com with your order information (within 7 days of your dress being delivered) to receive an return authorization number (RA).
- Once you have contacted us and received an RA, your dress must be shipped back to us within 7 days in same condition with all tags attached. All return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
- Once your dress has been received in store, you will be contacted to compete your refund or exchange.
- Shipments sent back without an RA number will not be accepted. Those shipments will be refused and returned at the customers expense.
