Return Policy:
Returns of regular priced merchandise purchased online will be considered for a refund, if the item(s) are returned in new, unwashed and unworn condition with all tags still attached and any packaging included. Shipping costs are not refundable. All sale items, including those purchased using a promo code, are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or store credits.

Eligible purchases from All Dressed Up may be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

How do I return my item?

To return an item(s), please email info@alldressedup.ca for approval. A Return Authorization Number will be emailed if the return is approved. Do not ship any returns without a Return Authorization Number.

Once you have received a Return Authorization Number: Arrange a curbside pickup at the store location at a mutually agreeable time within our
timeframe or send the item(s) to the address below (this address may be temporarily changed during COVID-19 but will be confirmed in the approval email from us):

The return must be insured and have a tracking number. The Return Authorization Number, tracking number and any other return information must be emailed to info@alldressedup.ca when the return is sent. All Dressed up will not be held responsible for any returns to us without proof of delivery.
The return shipping cost is at the cost of the buyer. All Dressed Up will not assume any responsibility for return shipping costs. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will inspect the return to ensure that it complies with our return policies and is in acceptable, resaleable condition.   We will not accept anything which has been worn, stained, altered or damaged.  We will process your refund to the original payment method only within 3 business days. We are not responsible for the time it takes for your refund to appear on your credit card once processed by us.

What if I need a different size or color?

Exchanges for an alternative size or color may be possible; however, we cannot guarantee that the size or color will be in stock. If we are able to exchange your purchase, please follow the return instructions. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return as well as the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s).
